Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the relationship between VVV Solution and our clients for all outsourcing and managed team services.
1. Scope of Services
We provide managed customer service, sales, and back-office outsourcing solutions. Services are delivered through dedicated managed teams based in Erbil, Iraq.
2. Client Responsibilities
Client responsibilities include providing clear business objectives, maintaining access to CRM systems, and ensuring quality standards are met.
3. Team Management
VVV Solution manages the team through structured leadership, performance monitoring, and quality assurance to ensure operational excellence.
4. Intellectual Property
Client-owned intellectual property, including proprietary data and brand assets, remains the exclusive property of the client at all times.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all client data must be securely transferred or destroyed.
